Finally wrangled a day out last week, and it was cold as all hell, 40 degrees with heavy wind, water temp was down to 50, so that pretty much finishes bass fishing. Did manage to find and get into a nice school of 11 - 12 inch crappies on the UL though. Definitely last canoe trip of the season, just waiting for the freeze now. Be back when the ice comes in boys!
