In late August get yourself a old tire tube, old sneakers, shorts and T-shirt and your ready to float down any of the smaller rivers and streams. The water is warm and low. This is perfect for tube fishing the locations that you never knew were there or you could not reach by foot.
Park and leave one vehicle down stream and then drive up stream in another vehicle to start your adventure. Of course you need at least two people to do this unless you get dropped off and picked up.
