That's it ... I'm done with NANO !!! I am about to go strictly BRAID .. Power Pro most likely , has the smallest diameter .. I am sick of this crap (NANO) breakin on me .. Granted it's 8 lb , it shouldn't happen . I have lost 2 decent fish like this , I know they were better than average cs I caught a few average fish with it no problem .. Idk maybe it's just bad luck .. Either way I am makin the switch n writing Berkley about there tinsil garbage ..
I was thinking of switching over to NANO for my freshwater reels, but I've been waiting to see what you guys had to say about it. I'm with you. I'm going to stick with my Power Pro braid for my saltwater reels and switch from mono on my freshwater reels. I've had no problems at all when using braid with my saltwater reels.
