Not a problem.
I heard that the states (NJ & NY) are going to be looking for compliance this year, so they can make some money from fines for not registering. I hope this is not true.

They are always looking to get our money anyway they can! They have to feed the beast they created....and they always go after the little people-cell phone fines redlight scameras sealtbelt fines, etc. I don't fish down the shore, but registered anyway and printed it out and carry it with my fishing license, in case i'm fishing brackish water and they want to try and bust my balls

Just got mine today. Do a fair amount of salt water, especially taking my nephew, he loves it. Man I can not wait to wet a line, spent last night playing in my tackle boxes
