No license needed! I am headed near the stadiums, by the navy yard - to f.d.r. park. Been wanting to fish this huge lake and a decent sized pond for 20 years...todays the day. Also going to see blood sweat and tears in camden tonight. At the river with the philly skyline in the background...should be.awesome, and it's free!

On a side note: I had to take a trip to Vineland earlier in the week and boy oh boy did I see so many great places to fish on the way there. I wish I brought my rod with me.
