Whats a real good cooler for a boat?

I have a igloo cooler now, but they last about a two to three years before you have to buy a new one and the're not cheap.

I've seen the better commerical brands, but can't remember their names. Has anyone used the top of the line band coolers and would you recommend it?

I'm looking for a large cooler/fish box to keep on deck of my boat. It has to keep things cold for a long period of time, store bait & fish as well as being a bench seat on the boat. Must be durable an not crack easy like the plastic coolers do.
