Finally managed to get out a bit after work yesterday. Hit a few local trout spots. Fishing wasnt too good, got two small....and i mean small, smallmouths. Werent much bigger than the lure i was using. No luck on the trout though, but was still a beautiful day to be out there.

The frozen water you skate on or the flowing water you fish in. lol
hA hA, Good question, i tend to do a little better on the frozen, but gotta love the solitude and the warmth of the flow, probably why i dont ice fish, spend enough time on the ice already......and i have NEVER done well ice fishing, even when i went with experienced ice guys....LOL
