My New Year's started off with a bang!
My wife surprised me with a new puppy on New Year’s Eve. She is a rescue hound mix. (The puppy not my wife) She is only 5 months old and came from a local rescue shelter. We think she may have some Basenji in her, because she rarely barks or makes noise. (I wonder if she can teatch my wike, only kidding) She’s a quick learner and already knows the following commands, (come, sit, stay, down, up, in, out, paw & high five) Things are going great and she’s going to keep busy and will hopefully encourage me to get out of the house and start fishing again this spring. Say hi to Ellie, my new buddy and shadow.
