Thanks to conservation-minded anglers like you, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA) yesterday. This historic bill will support our public lands and waters for decades to come and now heads to the President’s desk for his signature.
The GAOA will improve fishing opportunities for future generations by permanently funding the highly successful Land and Water Conservation Fund, which has helped provide access to recreational areas, trails and waterways throughout the nation. It will also establish a new program to improve the deteriorating infrastructure of our National Parks and forests.
