Blow up rafts in the canal.
Does anyone have an idea why these 2 blow up kid's rafts have been floating in the D&R Canal near East Millstone? I first noticed the yellow duckie about 3 weeks ago and recently the dinosaur has joined it! Has the artist Jeff Koons moved to our area recently
