Weather conditions looked perfect so i loaded the canoe and headed to the local, should have known it might not be good by the creatures that greeted me at the launch, place was over run by buzzards. Anyway, got out and still managed 6 bass, although they were all pretty small, but fish is fish as they say
I have turkey buzzards around my property all the time. I watch them drift a long in the thermals. They have a huge wing span and cast a huge shadow when they fly over head. When the kids were small my wife was afraid they they would swoop down and take one of them.
