Bro, nothing gets delayed in A.C. when the cash is there for the project. I've handled many construction litigation cases in both Atlantic, Ocean and Cape May Counties. In any event with the closing of Revel and others A.C. is like a punchy boxer in the 12th rd. The slightest hit can topple the giant. Considering that the Bass Pro deal calls for an investment of $34 million in public funds from a broke city, don't be surprised if the doors don't open on time if at all.
