jimbuoy Look what visited me in my back yard for the second time this year! He ate all my raspberries and left.
We’re use to seeing deer, turkey, rabbits, foxes, woodchucks, squirrels, snakes, coyotes and all kind of birds, but will now have to alert when venturing out on the property.

mseidman A good friend of mine encountered 3 individual adult black bears in Ken Lockwood Gorge on the South Branch of the Raritan in June of this year. They are becoming more prevalent.

jimbuoy Notice the huge boulder behind the bear. This bear is big, but so far a good neighbor.

jimbuoy Bassassin,
Thats how I know the bear is in the yard. My dog barks until I come out of the house to see what she is barking about. The bear make a wide path around where the dog is. I guess it doen't like thenoise. lol

gluttony32 They are seen regularly on the golf course I live on...the sad part is everyone makes a huge deal about these curious, majestic creatures. when they are somewhat harmless....Great picture Jim.
